If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.

Sound healing sessions utilize tuning forks to therapeutically detect and correct imbalances and areas of dissonance in the body's biofield - the electromagnetic field surrounding and interpenetrating the body. 

HOW IT WORKS

Like tree rings, the terrain of the biofield contains the record of a person's lifetime with traumas, fears and emotionally charged experiences showing up as areas of dissonance in the field. When moving through the biofield with an activated tuning fork, I'm able to locate these charged areas and move them into flow, allowing the body to gently process and release what no longer serves it. This method relaxes and brings balance to the nervous system, often resulting in immediate and profound shifts in an individual's energy, focus, clarity, and even the relief of pain and tension.

SPECIALIZED SESSIONS

In addition to offering you a standard sound healing session, which is powerful in and of itself, I also offer the following specialized sessions:

+ Adrenal Rhythm Reset - balances the adrenal field by reflecting a healthy, homeostatic tone back to the adrenals, allowing them to release chaotic patterns and settle into a more relaxed and stable tone. This session is especially helpful for individuals experiencing adrenal fatigue, anxiety and panic, and/or a constant sense of needing to rush from one place to the next.

+ Spinal Sessions - with a focus on the integrity of the spine and the flow of energy throughout the nervous system. Special attention is placed on establishing a consistent, unimpeded connection between the upper and lower energy centers of the body. In addition, sacral stabilization is addressed, helping an individual become more receptive to creative insight and security.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

During a session, you lie fully clothed on a massage table and tuning forks are used in a very specific method around and throughout your body's field. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, and when appropriate, reiki may be integrated. Clients often report feeling increased energy, focus, and clarity following sessions.

My hope for these sessions (as for all sessions) is to help you foster a deeper connection with yourself and release any impediments that hold you back from living peacefully and purposefully in your authenticity.

For best results, I recommend committing to three sessions, as each session addresses new depths of physical and emotional healing.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

These sessions are not suitable during pregnancy or for those diagnosed with active cancer or terminal illness. Please let me know if you have a pacemaker, as caution will be taken to avoid working in that area.

Be gentle with yourself following a session, as withheld emotions and sensations may resurface. While this experience may feel uncomfortable, it's best to lean into these feelings and sensations with love and acceptance. Like waves, these feelings will soon crest and release. Trust the process.
