CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice. The more time I have to prepare and fill your unused appointment space, the better.

You will be charged 50% of service cost for insufficient notification.

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF INTENDED SERVICE COST.

Failure to pay this fee will result in restriction of future bookings.

Please arrive to your appointment on time and no more than ten minutes early, as I may still be with another client.

Late arrivals will result in reduced appointment time without compensation.

For extenuating circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate. Thank you for understanding!
